Mrs. Vera Stubbs Robinson

Mrs. Vera Stubbs Robinson, a native of Bennettsville, South Carolina, was born on June 29, 1919.  She was the daughter of the late Elmo and Luvenia Brown Stubbs and the sister of the late Thomas Henry Stubbs. She was a member of Dyers Hill AME Zion Church where she was the church's musician and directed the choir for over 60 years. Mrs. Robinson was a graduate of South Carolina State College (University). She was married to the late Ernest C. Robinson, Sr. and has two children Karen Clark (James) and Ernest C. Robinson, Jr (Sheryl). She has 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A family viewing and visitation will he held from 6-8 pm, Friday, March 13 in the M. D. Morris Memorial Chapel of Morris Funeral Home. 
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday March 14, 2020 at 11:00 am at Dyers Hill AME Zion Church, with burial following the Service at Ideal Cemetery in Bennettsville. Morris Funeral Home of Bennettsville is in charge of funeral arrangements.
